We received a sample of purple naga viper brain from Cliff at Devon Chilliman. Mark couldn't resist chopping a bit off one of them to see how they taste. Yep, as expected, they have a name like that because they're really not messing about.
Our experimentation starts today (that's Ø021 for those in the know). The future for them will involve blueberries. We're excited to see what happens once our fermentation stage is done.
If this works out, there will be an addition to our sauce lineup in the form of a small batch bottling. Just the way we like it.
