We really wanted to make a sauce built specifically for Pizza and here it is. Some time ago, we cosied up around the billion degree heat of wood fired oven in The Gaff and we talked about melting things. Cheese, vehicles, buildings, planets, peoples faces…

So we made PI-RO. Concocted by two purveyors of heat fuelled deliciousness.  demands.

I've enjoyed every sauce I've purchased from Singularity Sauce Co. Some fall into the 'That tastes great, really different' category and some are 'OMG I could put that on everything I eat'. Pi-RO falls very much into the second category.
Great level of heat. Great sauce. Love it!
