We really wanted to make a sauce built specifically for Pizza and here it is. Some time ago, we cosied up around the billion degree heat of wood fired oven in The Gaff and we talked about melting things. Cheese, vehicles, buildings, planets, peoples faces…
We knew we could work together because we'd closely followed each others journeys since the beginning of both businesses and we hadn't once spoken about throwing each other in the oven.
So we made PI-RO. A combination of two fermented products and some other carefully considered good stuff which your slice of heaven demands.
This one's for the pi-romaniacs (and that's all of us, right?)
